Adding MEX GP in 2016 - PUM recommendations to get current

We are a NA Payroll shop potentially moving to add Mexico GP in 2016.  At the same time we are doing some catchup on our PUM images to apply all missing objects.

I noticed when selecting "All Update Not Installed" that GP objects are included even though we do not have GP licensed yet.  Is this OK?

Also - it appears that in those objects are ALL of the other countries (Japan, Aus, UK, etc.).  Is there a way to not grab those objects, or is it best to just go ahead and apply everything even though we will not be using or licensed for those countries in the foreseeable future.
