Achieving real time integration in RMS12?

We are on RMS1205 and RWMS12 version. We know that RMS and RSMW are real time integrated using RIB12. There are some downstream systems that are expecting data realtime from RMS and RWMS. The challenge is, there are no ETL or MW tools and team is proficient with PL/SQL and Pro*c knowledge only. Any suggestions on how this can be achieved. One option is NEAR realtime by using a job scheduler to send data frequently to other systems. Are there any other options?
