How to move AP suppliers DFF values into Business Classification table?

In 11i we had the Supplier Business Classification into in DFF's now that in R12 there is a seeded screen to put in the same info, we want to migrate the DFF values to the corresponding Business Classification tables/screens.

How do we go about this task? Is there an API that we can use to load all the data.
