batch_itmcostcompupd & batch_ordcostcompup is not updating the cost

Hi All,

I set up an expense at the supplier site level, profile type as ZONE, the component rate is 0.55. After setting up the expenses, I created order for this supplier in approved status. after the list of jobs are executed the ordloc_exp is updated with comp_rate as 0.55 for the order. Now I am changing the comp_rate at the supplier site to 1, the option to update item, order are enabled. I execute the list of jobs again, the new comp_rate is not updating in the ordloc_exp table. Even, checked with a new order, the updated comp_rate is not getting
