AP_APY2015 abends after applying PUM 9 through 12

we are on FIN 9.2 PUM 12. I am trying to test the paycycle, and when I try to run a paycycle, I get this error message :' cannot insert NULL into ("SYSADM"."PS_AP_PAYSELCT_AET"."DFT_MASTER_ID'.

any ideas?
