Debugs, Traces, WebArchives.... How do I do this????

Hi Everyone,

If you've logged an SR with support, chances are you've been requested to provide a Server Side Debug, Debug JAVA Console or Webarchive, you'll want to bookmark the following note:

Doc ID 264196.1 Where Do I Find the Debug File for Collections?

These debugs are imperative to assisting in troubleshooting your issue.  If you provide them when you open the SR, it will save time and allow the engineer to start work that much faster.

Server Side Debug - this is the fnd_log_messages rows so that we can see what a concurrent process is doing.

Debug JAVA Console - this is the complete messages for the Oracle Forms that you are using.  (Collections Agent functions)
