Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi,

Can anyone share the document about the Dunning letter set functionality in advance collections.

The 'dunning letter set' consists of letters right. how can i use the set in the dunning plan ?or

how system will understand which letter to send to customer from the set?

where i can define in OAC

Please share any helpful docuemnt on this
