Stage 1 & 2 boot loaders for AP1100

in Acme Packet (MOSC) Question

Hi All

Question regarding Bootloader for AP1100:

Does stage 1 and stage 2 bootloader need to be upgrade same as for 3820/4500?

Configuration Guide says:

The Stage 1 and Stage 2 boot loaders are pre-installed to support the default hardware configuration. Upgrade the

Stage 1 and Stage 2 boot loaders when you upgrade the hardware image. For software release 7.x and newer, the boot

loader must be dated November 2013 or newer. Use the show version boot command to display the Stage 1

and Stage 2 boot loader versions. Contact your Oracle customer support representative for upgrade information.

I have upgraded the Stage 3 bootloader on a AP1100 and it is working so far.
