Reg: Processor Close on Read Timeout value needs to be checked in Workflow Notification Mailer

Hi,

We figured out Workflow notification mailer not sending the Approval email for password reset(Message Type - MSG_APPROVE_PASSWORDRESET) to receipent user. The following  service components are running fine in Both PROD and QA environment. Did both SMTP and IMAP server testing using Telnet in both environemnts. I was able to receive the email using telnet option.

This problem not happened everytime. Again i tried with forgot your password option in QA instance today and not received the approval email for password reset for almost an hour.  Have checked the WF_notifications, WF_deferred and wf_notification_out tables.
