How do I change the IP address for an additional image setup in Virtual Box?

I set up the PUM image in virtual box and I can access the PI.

I am now setting up HCM Update Image 9 in the Virtual Box and when I get to the IP address it is the same as the PUM image. I tried to change it but then the setup requires a new Netmask, Gateway, DNS server and Hostname. I don't have information to provide for the other settings other then the Hostname. How can I just change the IP address? I assume leaving it as 192.168.56.101 is going to create problems when I try to login later to either image.
