App:  FMS 9.2 Image #8

OS:   Windows Server 2008r2

DB:   MSS 2008

In January, 2015, we were just going live with 9.2 and our maintenance for the most part was current. We were on 9.2 image #8 of FMS/SCM.   There was an issue that was fixed in FMS 9.2 image #11, patch # 20268815.     Since we had already downloaded PUM image #10 and had that virtual box up and running, we received a PRP from Oracle with the fix from image #11 to apply to image #10, create a change package, then apply to our environment and test the fix.    The fix given at the time worked and we had migrated this
