Hello, I want to know when the REF_PACK_NO in tran_data_hisory gets deleted in RMS?

My question is to understand when the packitem is purged from the system,still we can see the deleted packitem number in ref_pack_no in tran_data_history table in RMS?When its gets purged from the table tran_data_history?

Please help me..
