How to Limit the Workflow Participant List

We are in process of implementing Oracle iSupplier R12.1.3.

REQUIREMENT

The requirement is to limit the number of participants in the default Workflow Participants coming up. Only show Buyer of the PO in the workflow participant list.

PROCESS

After an approved PO is created, it is sent to the Supplier, where Supplier can request more information. However, While requesting more information, the workflow provides the supplier with options to send the email back to multiple users listed (by default), by the workflow in the workflow participant list.

We only want the name of the Buyer of the PO to be listed in the participant list and remove the other entries from there.
