Issue with adding a new role in tools 8.53

Hi,

We have upgraded from Tools 8.51.15 to 8.53.23.
We are trying to add a new role.
But we are getting this below error

"You are not authorized to run process type Application Engine and process name DYNROLE_PUBL. (65,8) PSUSRPRFL_WRK.EXECUTE_PB.FieldChange Name:ExecuteRoleDynMemRule PCPC:1179 Statement:21
Called from:ROLEMAINT.GBL.SavePostChange Statement:21 "

We are not using dynamic roles.

When we try to add a role using the VP1 id a process starts running "DYNROLE_PUBL "

Is it a new functionality in 8.53 version.

Could you please help us
