Multiple records for a single score_object_id in the iex_score_histories table

Hi,

Whenever we run the 'IEX: Scoring Engine Harness', a new record gets inserted into the iex_score_histories table whereas there should be only one record for a score_object_id in this table.

Can anyone help to understand why this is happening?
