Oracle 12c support for OAM 11.2.3

Hello

I wanted to see if anyone here was able to configure OAM 11gR2PS3 with Oracle database 12.1.0.2. From the support matrix, it looks like 12c is supported however the database needs to be running in a non-CDB mode. I'm basically looking for detail configuration steps to be able to install/configure OAM schemas using RCU 11.1.1.9

Please advise
