Voucher Mass Maitenance to update recycle vouchers accounting date

We are on 9.2 PUM 12 and it doesn't appear that they mass maintenance pages allow us to update all recycle vouchers.  Each month we would want to update the accounting date to the next month for any recycles that carry over.   Is this by design??  What are other users doing to accomplish this.
