Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Can a PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Query Access a Database Link to an FMS 9.1 Table?

We are running PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and FMS 9.1 and both are using PT 8.53.

I want to create a dynamic role, in HCM 9.2, based on a query that selects members from a table in FMS 9.1.

Can the query in HCM 9.2 directly access the table in FMS 9.1 using a database link?
