Oracle "Proxy Users" from PeopleSoft

Hello,

I would like to know if there is a utility delivered with PeopleTools 8.43~ to grant / revoke Oracle "Proxy User" access to PeopleSoft database user ID of a PeopleSoft Administrator, for PeopleSoft Application Upgrade tasks, without needing them to login to Oracle database to execute these commands:

ALTER USER SYSADM GRANT CONNECT THROUGH <<database proxy user name>>

ALTER USER SYSADM REVOKE CONNECT THROUGH <<database proxy user name>>
