HA for Oracle SES for PeopleSoft

Hi all, I would want to know is configuring HA on Oracle SES needed for PeopleSoft? We have HA set up for all our servers, App , Web & DB however SES resides on a separate server and currently we didn't implement HA on it. So is having HA for SES important on PeopleSoft perspective?
