[Integration Broker] Which User Needs the Service Operation Security

Each Service Operation has a link "Service Operation Security," which connects it to a Permission List. WHO (which user) needs that permission list (via a role)
1. any end user who may inadvertently invoke the service operation ;
2. the user under which the integration broker sends and processes messages; - if this one how do you know which user the ib is using.
