Group collector assignment is not working as expected

Hi All,

we implementing Collections module for two operating units and the business have the collector group that works for both operating units. we assigned the group collector to all the existed customers. but when we see in the workqueue, Individual  collector name(part of that group) is appearing instead of group name and collector type is individual in the queue.

even the created workitem also assigning automatically to that individual collector's.

Can any one help on this please, it's bit urgent.
