IAM PS3: How to display User attribute values (such as first, last name) in OUD form before Provisio

Hi All,

   I installed the IAM PS3 and setup OUD as a Target System. I am able to provision the users to OUD just fine. I am not able to see the values in the form before provisioning. I checked the LDAP User Form, Pre-Populate tab where fields are already populated. What am i missing?

Is this the issue with PS3?
