Blank parameters..Anyone had this workflow issue in Time/Labor? Email link takes approver to Timeshe

Just installed PUM 11, employee changes time sheet  - workflow e-mail sent to approver who isn't logged on, clicks link, signs in, taken to timesheet summary page but emplID and Rcd Nbr blank.

This has never happened before the upgrade and cannot be reporduced in any environment but Production and a Production Clone.

Has this happened to anyone else?
