BPEL process failed in CM
This is for 11.1.2.3 version - Close Manager
When submit a task, the user received an error message: "The BPEL process to submit the task has failed."
As the result, the status did not change. (screen shot attached)
It appears all tasks (with status open) within the schedule has the same issue.
Then, I created a new schedule with the same template. Changed the status from Pending to Open, as the result, the status on the tasks did not change to Open (Start Date has past).
What could be the cause of it? Thank you!
