FPR Without Details Appointment in RWMS

Dear Support Team,

We are on RWMS 13.2.8 and while trying to perform FPR without details appointment , error was generated.

Steps to reproduce:

1. In RWMS gui , Create FPR without details and appointment status as Scheduled.

2. In RF device ,select 5 receiving : Enter the Appt Number and error thrown as Invalid Appt Number.

Please let us know the procedure followed for FPR without details appointment in RWMS asap.
