Hello,

We have a requirement where we need to bypass the Error step in the approval workflow in case an Approver is skipped from the step.

Requirement-

When there is no Compensation Approver set up then it should skip that step & go the next stage.

Current Scenario-

What currently happens is, when the Compensation approver is skipped it routes to Admin showing an Error step in the Status monitor. As shown in the attached screenshot.

We need to Bypass this "Error step". So that it routes to next stage.

Can you please tell me if there is any set up or configuration done to route the transaction to Admin when an approver is skipped at any step.
