IB Configuration page freeze when pinging Node

Hi,

I want to know if anybody had suffered this issue, In a fresh installed HCM 9.2 (PT 8.53) installation, we configured the IB settings and the advance settings.  When we try to ping the local node the ping node page shows the load arrow in a loop, there are not errors shown from IB Gateway after, the page freeze doing the ping.

I´ll be pleased to get any recommendation on this issue.
