delinquent invoices are not showing in UWQ

Hi

unfortunately, we are facing an issue that, UWQ is not updating with delinquent invoices. customer has some delinquent invoices but not populating in work queue. we can see those transaction in AR_TRX_BAL_SUMMARY and IEX_DLN_UWQ_SUMMARY tables.

but in IEX_DLN_UWQ_SUMMARY tables collector id and resource id was not getting populated. we assume that because of this issue, those transactions are not reflecting in Queue.

can any one help on this please. it's very urgent. we run the all concurent progams in order but no luck
