What is with this new error??? "Same Strategy Template Name/Lowest Applicable Score already exists"

Many of you have logged SR's about this new error after the application of the February 2015 RPC - "Same Strategy Template Name/Lowest Applicable Score already exists"

This was a big change in the Feb 2015 RPC and I've created the following note to help you understand the change and provide you with a patch to partially allow this to work.

With the popularity of the Strategy Template Group came the need to limit duplicate strategy names and Lowest Applicable Score (LAS).   In the February 2015 RPC, development made it impossible to duplicate a strategy name or LAS.  However, we ran into issues where customers were using the same LAS but different segments in the Strategy.   Development made a decision to allow the same LAS for strategies with segments and this note outlines the patch you will need to apply.
