PeopleTools 8.54.12 Query to Excel Issues with OneSign

We are in the process of upgrading from PeopleTools 8.82.21 to 8.54.12.  In doing this, we have encountered an issue when we run a Query to Excel.  We are using Win 7 64 bit with Office 2010 (32 and 64 bit both tested) and Imprivata OneSign.  We noticed that you can run the query to Excel one time, but when you try to run it a second time, nothing happens.  We noticed that if we exit OneSign when running this query to Excel, that everything runs perfectly without any issues.  Imprivata provided us with a fix to adding a HookInit
