PeopleSoft 9.2: Links in WorkCenter "Hang" (just sits and spins)

When going into a WorkCenter for the first time after logging in, and clicking a link (To Job Data or Position Management etc...) or a Query, we just get the little spinning icon that never goes away.  If we click on Home and then re-enter the WorkCenter, everything works fine.  It's as if the page doesn't get loaded all the way the first time. If we log out/back in though, the problem returns. This happens with all of the links/queries.  This only happens in IE (our corporate standard) - I have been unable to reproduce in FireFox or Chrome.  Compatibility
