Transferring One bill Item to the other

Hi,

I have two pending bill items as -0.81 and -0.54 in one account(two refunds in one account) and i want to combine them or transfer all amount to one bill item but am unable to do so.

I referred the link http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E16754_01/doc.75/e16695/are_about_ar.htm#BRMAR153 but couldn't find the way to do it. Need to achieve the same.
