PRCSYSPURGE error when running close process

Hi,

We are running the GLPCLOSE process.

The process failed with the below error

You are not authorized to run process type Application Engine and process name PRCSYSPURGE. (65,8) P T_PRCS.Schedule.SubmitRequest.OnExecute  Name:SubmitPrcsRqst  PCPC:747  Statement:19

We ran the process again and it went into success.

The process GLCLOSE has no connections with the SYSPURGE process and we are not using the SYSPURGE process.

This has happend twice recently.

Could someone help me find the cause of this issue.
