Unable to select 'Default collector' from the LOV in Customer Ownerhsip page

Navigation:

Collections Administrator > Administration > Ownership > customer Ownership >

Resource from: 'Default Collector' is not showing in the LOV.

We converted all our accounts with valid collectors. However there are some accounts which got converted with 'Default Collector' . We would like to re-assign them to a different collector using the 'customer Ownership' re-assignment funcitonlaity.

Issue: We are unable to shortlist the customers assigned to 'Default Collector'

note: Default collector is setup as a collector with a valid employee and collector setup.

Client is not having 'Territory Manager' for collections validation.

How do I re-assign these customers to corresponding customers.
