Setup Report URI Node with VIP on A10 after upgrade to PeopleTools 8.54

We just upgraded from PT8.49.25 to PT8.54.03. WebLogic went to 12C.

Used to be able to setup report node using HTTP method with the VIP on both URL and URI host, however, we are getting HTTP Transfer Error. Even with log fence set to 5, DSTAGENT log still just showed "HTTP Transfer Error".

However, the reports were sent to the active web server behind the A10 but we can't get process schedule to update status as "Posted".

Anyone running report node with A10 load balancer and using VIP on the Report Node URI?
