Peopletools 8.54 supports Tuxedo 12.1.3?

I have conflicting information on supported Tuxedo release supported by Peopltools 8.54

Doc 1 (docid 1990153.1) says 12.1.3 is not supported with 8.54

Doc 2 (1079495.1) says support is at the 12.1.x level and that all releases beyond 12.1.1 are support for said release in this case Tuxedo.

On Weblogic I know that on Peopletools 8.51 we installed 10.3.2 but we could upgrade to 10.3.6. Any 10.3 version is supported. With Oracle DB 11.2.0.2 was supported for Peopletools 8.51 but 11.2.0.4 is supported since the release looks at 11.2.0.x

Please help clarify this. Our internal controls is concerted that support for 12.1.1 is not sufficient. They are requesting 12.1.3.
