When clicking on New window getting site name is not valid. check your url syntax and try again

Hi,
We have installed EPM 9.1 and PT8.54.13 for upgrade. We are able to login to insatnce but when we are cliking on New window getting "site name is not valid. check your url syntax and try again"

for example when I click on new window I see the URL is

http://auccwscog01.r1-core.r1.aig.net:4789/psp/EPMDEV91_1_2/EMPLOYEE/EPM/c/MAINTAIN_SECURITY.USERMAINT.GBL

when I remove the _2 from the URL I am able to see the new window page

Please help me to correct the URL.
