Has something changed with Tree Flattener?

Previously we were using tree flattener and the tree's were getting stored on PS_OI_TFLT_OPRUNIT

We have since upgraded to PUM13 and now I see three files on the page (Tree Field Tables) page:  OI_TFLT_FIELDS

The thre tables are

OI_TFLT_OPRUNIT

DL_TFLT_OPRUNIT

R_TFLT_OPRUNIT

The data for my flatten request is now getting stored on PS_R_TFLT_OPRUNIT, but not PS_OI_TFLT_OPRUNIT

Data in PS_OI_TFLT_OPRUNIT and PS_DL_TFLT_OPRUNIT is blank

The layouts are different and I sure would like the data to be written to PS_OI_TFLT_OPRUNIT
