Freeze Journal

Hi All,

In peoplesoft, can we freeze the journal? For example, if the journal comes from subledger, like AP, AM etc, user cannot unpost the journal in journal level. But the user have to unpost from the subledger level. Does peoplesoft has this feature?

I found in e-business suite, they have this feature called freeze journal.
