Component Bootstrap failed because of Invalid OAM Keystore configuration while starting the OAM admi

Hi Team,

I have freshly installed the Oracle Identity and Access Management 11.1.2.3.0 on windows 2012 R2 VM and after that i executed the Database Security store steps and it went successful. I also used the validate command.

Now when i started the OAM admin Server first i got the below error.

ORA-00001: unique constraint (DEV_OAM.PK_ENTITIES) violated

I resolved this issue by using Doc ID 2034769.1

After applying the above fix again I started the OAM admin Server and now i am getting below error.
