How to Upload Images For Inventory Items (Doc ID 405721.1)without BPA or sourcing document

We are using R12.1.3.   We would like to attach picture in RFQ, BPA created from Sourcing, iprocurrement search result even there is not BPA, Quotation.

Pls. advise. I found the following document
