Favorites Mismatch in PeopleSoft

Hello Community Friends,

I am working on one of the issue with Favorite mismatch.

Problem : One of my user is having issue with favorites being mismatched.For Example: User saved a  Project : ES26G24C1 page as favorite. similarly he has some other 20 to 30 favorites for different things. when he clicks on Project :ES26G24C1 page which he saved as his favorites, it loads a page for other project but not for the intended one.

Could you please show some insights on what could be the issue and solution.
