Fluid/Mobile version of TAM

I can't seem to find any documentation on it, maybe because it doesn't yet exist (?).. but is there a delivered version of TAM (PS HCM 9.2) that is "fluid" (aka mobile-friendly)?

I have seen the red papers on converting components/pages from classic to fluid.. maybe that's what we'll have to do.
