HR Manager to allocate awards to all employees, approval doesnt go up to the approver

Hi,

    We were able to default all eligible employees to go to the HR Manager/Comp Administrator for award/salary increase allocation by using AME. However,the worksheet doesnt go up to the approver ( Director)  for approval.  We have confirmed that the system behaves for CWB with AME integration is that both the  compensation allocator and approver is one person.

   Is there any workround or solution that you can recommend?  We just dont know if it will work if we use fast formula. 

   Did anyone of you encounter this scenario?
