PeopleSoft Upgrade Source Image for DB2 database - Question

I am supporting one PeopleSoft  FSCM 8.9  customer running on DB2 /AIX platform and planning to upgrade to FSCM 9.2 version. While I have already validated that there is a single step upgrade as 8.9 to 9.2 is certified upgrade path.

However, I have one question after I hvae gone through following  MOS DOCID i.e. PeopleSoft Upgrade Source Images Home Page (Doc ID 1552580.1)

It states the following i.e. "This upgrade source image is for ENGLISH-ONLY customers using the Oracle platform. Multi-lingual and customers on non-Oracle databases cannot use this Upgrade Source Image for their upgrade.

I also downloaded "FSCM_92001_Upgrade_Source_Software_Manifest.pdf and this also mention that the source image has Oracle database only.
