External Finishers

Is it possible in v13 or v14 to order 2 or more different items (raw materials) and transform them into 1 item (sellable product) using external finishers functionality? I'm not able to find clear documentation on this scenario. Any information is greatly appreciated.

Example

Item A = 5 Soles

Item B = 1 Leather sheet

Output - Finished Good

Item C = 5 Shoes
