Manual Calculation of Metrics and DSO

Hi Everyone,

Many customers try to manually calculate the metrics and the DSO in Advanced Collections and when they do not match what the application calculates, they log an SR for support to figure out why.   This of course, is quite difficult for support to accomplish because we do not have access to all your data.   In order to assist with this process, Development has created a spreadsheet to assist customers with their manual calculations.   The spreadsheet is not only attached to the following note - Note: 958645.1 How is the DSO Calculated for Advanced Collections, but it's also attached to this posting for customer use.
