TMR Bills don't appear in Billing worksheet.

We have As incurred billing plan and time comes in to Project costing. We have run the CA BI interface program and the billing interface. The temporary invoices are created with TMR status  and We could see them on the Bills not invoiced page. However when we try to pull these in to billing worksheet, we are not able to pull them up with any filter options. Any suggestions ?
