SALWEEK job failure in RMS14.1

Good afternoon,

     I need some guidance on SALWEEK job failure which is happening for past 1 month and we have been skipping that. The reason for this failure started where client asked to create a store 701 in TEST replicating the same as in PRD. Since RMS store application was throwing some error, guys here took the insert script from RMS PRD for store 701 and executed in RMS TST. From that point, SALWEEK failed with error "salweek_1~20150820113934~final~salweek_c_daily~103~RET-0103: generic function processing error~daily_data record not processed for dept 100, class 12, subclass 12, loc_type S, location 701, currency_ind L, eow_date 20150808".
